Hello - I am a passionate Film and TV Media Student with a keen interest in storytelling through digital media. This website serves as a platform to showcase my creative projects and talents. Explore the projects section to discover my storytelling style and visual creativity.
I am currently a student at the Boomsatsuma Film and TV Media Level 3 Diploma based at the Bottleyard TV Studios in Bristol. I am then looking at doing a Degree in Film Production to further enhance my skills at The Bristol Film School. Bristol is an amazing hub for film and television with the likes of Netflix, Disney, and the world renowned BBC Natural History unit all working in and around the area. It has great networking opportunities with lots of large and small production companies so is the ideal place to start my career.
As you will see in my PROJECTS section these cover the time-frame from 2023-2025 and I have been able to work with a team of fellow students and on my own making a short Horror Film; a documentary about my dad and his super power Dyslexia; a natural history film on the Stick insect as well as adverts for the Bristol Blue Glass Company, foley work and an animation which has been designed by myself and a fellow pupil. Boomsatuma college has given me lots of opportunities and I have specially liked visiting Aardman Animations to learn how the company works and Pinewood Studios. I have recently loved working on a music video for a folk band called Play Misty, a group of three artists who have never had a music video made before. We even had a film preview at the Imax Film Studio for our short horror films which I helped to organise the event. Our final project was Live TV which I took the role of Director and although it was nerve-wracking I really enjoyed the experience.
The types of film I enjoy are mainly action, gothic horror and supernatural, but I really enjoy films with a great score. I feel music can really create atmosphere in a film and add another layer to the experience.
In my own time - I am a fully qualified RLNI Lifeguard and also an Open Water Lifeguard as I love swimming both indoors and out. I think outdoor swimming is amazing for mental health - even in the cold! I learnt to drive from the age of 15 with the under 17 Car Club and passed my full driving licence in 2024. My favourite hobbies are watching films (obviously) and I love reading.
